Jul 11, 2006 - I've added a new music video section to the website. Well, most of these are videos that I had uploaded to share with friends at Warthog Territory and a couple of other websites. However, someone on "myspace" decided to hot link them. Therefore, in an effort to prevent this (or at least make it a little more difficult), I have decided to make them accessible only through our Aviation Video page.
May 29, 2006 - Today's update features photographs and a historical background of the World War II era T-6 Texan (AT-6 / SNJ-6). The images are from the Moody AFB, GA. 2005 Air Show.

Jan 29, 2006 - I wanted to do something a little different with this update. So, I decided to post some of the creative artwork that I made while trying to learn how to use Adobe Photoshop. While not some of my best work, it does combine two of my favorite passions, graphics design and military aviation. I hope you enjoy it.
Jan 29, 2006 - The F4U Corsair is one of my favorite World War II era aircraft. Seeing it always brings back childhood memories of watching the television series "Bah Bah Black Sheep", which featured the escapades of the famed United States Marine Corps Black Sheep Squadron and its Commander "Pappy" Boyington.
Nov 26, 2005 - My fellow webmaster, amateur photographer and friend JackB of Crew Chiefs Make It Happen, submitted the photos for today's update. It features images (and historical fact sheet) of a A-37B Dragonfly on static display during the Osan AB, ROK 2003 Air Show.
Nov 03, 2005 - This update features the largest aircraft in the United States Air Force inventory, the C-5 Galaxy. Most of the images where taken at Osan AB, ROK and provides you with a general walk-a-round of the aircraft.
Oct 30, 2005 - All of my previous updates have been of aircraft from the super-sonic era. So, I thought it would be good to added one from the World War II era and I couldn't thing of any better aircraft than the P-51 Mustang. I just hope my photographs of this beautiful and famous airplane do it justice.
Aug 29, 2005 - I added two new pages to the A-10 Thunderbolt II photo gallery. The images where taken at Osan AB, ROK, Moody AFB, GA and Eielson AFB, AK. Thanks go out again to JackB of Crew Chiefs Make It Happen for sending us the pictures from Osan and Eielson.
Aug 01, 2005 - This update features the United States Air Force's Thunderbirds and consists of 2 index pages and 40 photos. The images where taken during air shows at Kunsan and Osan AB (ROK) and a few older images from Shaw AFB S.C. I would like to thank JackB of Crew Chiefs Make It Happen for providing us with the photos from the Osan Air show.
Jul 09, 2005 - During the past couple of days, I have been searching the internet (via the major search engines) for military aviation websites. Only to become thoroughly disgusted with the results I have been finding. It seems as though the majority of websites with top listings are using photographs obtained through .mil resources. So with that in mind, I have decided to start my own Military Aviation Link List, one that will feature websites offering new and exciting material.
Jul 07, 2005 - I was going through some older pictures when I realized that I haven't posted anything from my collection of F-117 Nighthawk (Stealth Fighter) photographs. Now keep in mind I am a amateur photographer and some of these aren't of the greatest quality but they are original and will not be found anywhere else but on this website.
Jul 02, 2005 - Ever wondered what it was like to get up close to a United States Marine Corps F-18 Hornet? Well, our newest update brings it to life with some nice shots of an F-18 out of MCAS Iwakoni Japan (VMFA-212 Lancers).
Jun 26, 2005 - If you've read the "About" page of this website then you know I started my military career working on the F-16 Fighting Falcon. So when I started looking for something new to add I just had to include some pictures of it. Although this is a small gallery, it does feature some rather unique pictures including some photos of Desert Storm era nose art.
Jun 20, 2005 - The last in the series of the photos taken during my time as a member of transient alert and includes pictures of the F-15 Eagle safety pin installation as well as some static display photos taken at various air shows.
Jun 06, 2005 - This is the second update from the pictures I took while stationed in Korea. It features the F-5 Freedom Fighter (Tiger II) and is designed to provide a familiarization of the aircraft for launch, recovery and servicing procedures.
May 20, 2005 - This update is the first series of three planned to show case the picture taken during my assignment in Korea. They are part of a training plan I was working on to assist the members of Transient Alert with familiarization training for the variety of aircraft we would receive. This particular series features a Korean F-4 Phantom II that would come in as part of our required Combat Cross Servicing training.
Mar 10, 2005 - Alas, it's time to start adding photos to the website and I can't think of any other aircraft I'd rather start with than my beloved Warthog. This initial update contains over 40 images of the A-10 Thunderbolt II, from two seperate geographical locations (Pope AFB, NC, Osan AFB, ROK).
Mar 01, 2005 - The true test of my hard work came today. I uploaded the website and invited a few close friends to review it and due to their positive feedback, we've decided to keep the site design and move forward with the project.
Feb 25, 2005 - After 5 days of searching I discovered a webhost that was recommend by a friend. While I won't go into all of the details about the host, I will say if your looking for a good reliable webhost check out what Sunwave.com has to offer. I think you'll find they offer as good a deal of any webhosting company out there.
Feb 20, 2005 - What's in a name? Well after numerous attempts at naming the website (lack of availability) we decided on FlightChief.com. The word Flight for its connection to aviation and Chief (Crew Chief) for those who work on the aircraft.
Feb 15, 2005 - Our initial design is based on a free web template. If you are looking to start a website but don't have the money or time to put into designing one I would highly recommend using a web template. You can find templates like the one I used for this site at TemplatesBox.
Jan 01, 2004 - I decided to create a website to share photos I've taken of Military Aircraft over the past 20 years. Some of the images are older pictures taken with a cheap disposable camera, others where taken with a digital camera and are of better quality. The Key is that all of the pictures are unique to this site and will not have been posted (recycled) all over the internet.
